KEEP YOURSELF FOCUSED(4 simple steps)

You may have seen people around you so focused and so determined that they are able to succeed in everything they do. Have 'YOU' ever wondered what is it that keeps these people focused in their work? ......

'YOU' may not have but I did and interestingly, after observing such people for a long time, I was able to deduct "4 SIMPLE STEPS" that can take any person of any nature to such an extent of willpower, determination and


purposefulness that will help them  to achieve what they want in life.

STEP 1:
Ask Yourself
“WHAT IS YOUR GOAL ? ”

What is it that you are aiming for? What is it that you are trying to achieve?
Think it by foreseeing the outcome that if I take an action what impacts will it have on my goal. Will it take me towards or away from my ultimate goal?
Sometimes, people want to be successful but they do not setup up a goal to be achieved.
So, basically knowing ‘YOUR GOAL’ is a step closer to being successful.
      
STEP 2:
Ask Yourself
“WHAT IS YOUR DISTRACTION ? ”

There are thousands of distractions that can deviate you from your path of achieving your goal. They might be your friends, games, movies or it can be anything.
Knowing the fact that distractions can take you miles away from your goal, you can leave the things that are distracting you.
Also, know that there will be ‘NO ONE’ to help to achieve your goal.
You are the only one who can help ‘you’.

STEP 3:
“THE NEXT STEP”

Simply the next step, what the next step you have to take?
It can be wearing a shoe, making coffee, going to college, anything.
Don’t start planning your whole day before the day has even started. It’s good to have a ‘MINI GOAL’ in your mind that you have to achieve by the end of the day but the day might not pass according to your expectations, which will simply put you in a state of misery.
So, think only about the next step you have to take in each situation.

STEP 3:
“REPEATING THE STEPS”

This step is the most important of all.
Repeat the 3 steps again after again on the daily basis and you will find yourself one step closer to your goal. If you are able to move one step closer to your goal, you will get there.
A KEY THING TO REMEMBER
‘Rome was not built in a day and you cannot eat an elephant in a single bite.’
So, simply realizing that goals and achievements take time will keep you away from being desperate.
