Abraham Lincoln



Lincoln, one of America's most admired presidents, grew up a member of a poor family in Kentucky and Indiana. He attended school for only one year, but thereafter read on his own in a continual effort to improve his mind. As an adult, he lived in Illinois and performed a variety of jobs including stints as a postmaster, surveyor and shopkeeper, before entering politics. He served in the Illinois legislature from 1834 to 1836, and then became an attorney. In 1842, Lincoln married Mary Todd; together, the pair raised four sons.

Sean Parker is an American entrepreneur who cofounded the file-sharing computer service Napster and served as the first president of the social networking website Facebook. He also cofounded Plaxo, Causes, and Airtime. As of September, 2014, Parker's net worth was estimated to be US$3.1 billion.

Barack Obama



Obama’s father, also named Barack Hussein Obama, grew up in a small village in Nyanza Province, Kenya, as a member of the Luo ethnicity. He won a scholarship to study economics at the University of Hawaii, where he met and married Ann Dunham, a white woman from Wichita, Kansas, whose father had worked on oil rigs during the Great Depression and fought with the U.S. Army in World War 2 before moving his family to Hawaii in 1959. Barack and Ann’s son, Barack Hussein Obama Jr., was born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961.

Mark Zuckerberg



Mark Zuckerberg was the Harvard computer science student who along with a few friends launched the world's most popular social networking website called ‘Facebook’ in February 2004. Mark Zuckerberg also has the distinction of being the world's youngest billionaire, which he achieved in 2008. He was named "Man of the Year" by Time magazine in 2010. Zuckerberg currently is the chief executive and president of Facebook.

Steve Jobs



Steve grew up with an adopted family in Silicon Valley, which was turning from orchards to homes for Lockheed and other defense and technology companies.

Electronics friend Bill Fernandez introduced him to boy Engineer Woznaik, and the two Steves began a friendship that eventually bred Apple Computer.
